  1. I love the salads but the human body requires more food if you are going to workout like that. I understand portion control but Your starving yourself and you have a fast metabolism. Not good sweetie. See a Personal Trainer at the gym.

  2. I wouldn't call this diet "healthy". After few days of dieting like this you feel good and in that high you described but doing this over a month you can get serious health issues and suddenly from nowhere you feel like your body is dying. Then you eat more bc you don't want to die and boom you gained all your weight back. Talking from experience.

You probably noticed:  you had an additional healthy glow by the end of the week that wasn't there at the start.  Remembering that made me return to rewatch this video while planning my year (we don't start new year's resolutions until February 1…January is a month off from everything…Sabbath month).

  4. this is how i eat, 1 egg +1 cup of milk breakfast. lunch chicken salad with olive oil and vinegar, dinner one fruit +1 egg+1 cup milk, in between these meals i sometime eat some nuts. that's it.

  5. Models may eat a bit more than this but not by much. You might get the odd one who is naturally very thin or fitness/catalogue models have bigger body shapes but catwalk especially have to stay incredibly thin and most of the time under a healthy bmi. My best friend is a model and she won’t ever stray from her diet even when we go out or drink. She’s too scared that if she gains her agency will drop her which is sad but true.
